Seymour Whyte JV wins Mardi to Warnervale pipeline contract

Central Coast Council has awarded the contract for construction of the Mardi to Warnervale pipeline, in New South Wales, to joint venture (JV) partners Spiecapag Australia and Seymour Whyte (VINCI specialist infrastructure and engineering companies in Australia).
The nine-kilometre pipeline is one of the region's most significant infrastructure projects, and will boost water supply to the Central Coast’s rapidly growing northern suburbs and improve water security for the entire region.
John Walsh, Spiecapag's Managing Director, said, "We look forward to successfully delivering this project for Central Coast Council, and to working alongside our sister company, Seymour Whyte."

Construction on the pipeline – which runs from the existing Mardi Water Treatment Plant through to Sparks Road at Warnervale – will start in March 2020.
