Cardno partners with Stockland to deliver Aura City Centre

Cardno is pleased to partner with Stockland to design and deliver the City Centre of their national flagship project, Aura, on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Over the last decade, we have worked extensively with Stockland on previous Aura Precincts and a wide variety of developments across the country.
The Aura is Australia's largest masterplanned community in single ownership, consisting of the City Centre, urban residential villages, business and enterprise hubs, schools and a university catering for 20,000 allotments.
The City Centre represents a significant milestone in the development of the overall Aura project. It will provide a regionally significant destination to support the already thriving residential areas of the development and the creation of the overall centrepiece of this community.
The initial stage of development works will include master planning, concept and detailed design of bulk earthworks, supporting services, roadworks and drainage to facilitate retail and residential development and the iconic People's Place parkland.
