ISPT leads the way in indoor environment quality

ISPT has been awarded a 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment (IE) rating in four of our properties, 3-5 National Circuit and 4 National Circuit in Canberra, 500 Bourke Street in Melbourne and 100 St Georges Terrace in Perth, giving us more buildings at 5.5 and 6 Star than any Australian building owner.
This year, we’ve rated 22 of our commercial buildings through the NABERS IE program. We have the highest number of certified NABERS IE buildings nationally and our commercial portfolio has an average NABERS IE rating of 4.8 Stars.
A long term track record
ISPT commenced our IE rating program in 2012 and we’ve improved our ratings every year since. We’re proud of our track record in delivering healthy and comfortable spaces for our customers. We build trusted, long-term relationships with them, while they reap the benefits of happy, healthy and productive staff.
