Cardno appoints General Manager – NSW & ACT

Cardno
is pleased to announce the return of Shane Higgins and his
appointment
to the position of General Manager –
NSW &
ACT.
Shane held the position of Area Manager – Transport & Property in the
NSW/ACT Division at Cardno between 2013 and 2016. His appointment to the
position of General Manager –
NSW &
ACT will further strengthen our infrastructure capabilities and open
up a pathway to new business opportunities in the NSW and ACT through
strategic implementation.
Shane is a highly-skilled senior transport executive with nearly 30
years' experience with Government and other multidisciplinary
consultants.
He has well-established project management and public policy
administration skills in infrastructure and general civil projects, with
experience in all aspects of strategic development, project development
and delivery – from master planning to final construction documentation.
His experience includes the management and delivery of major
multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. Before re-joining Cardno, he
was an Associate Principal at
Arup.
Shane commenced his position on 6 March. He is based in the St Leonards
Office but will be travelling to our regional branch offices on
occasions.
