Super smart partnership drives 3-year strategy

Hansen Yuncken: We have invested heavily in the adoption of construction technologies, for over 10 years, with success stories dominating the business nationally. We may be recognised as one of the leading construction practitioners… but we seek to be the best.

With industry rapidly changing, we continue to make significant investments in both Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design Construction Technologies (VDC) entering into a 3-year strategic partnership with the leading global technology provider, Autodesk. This partnership is focused on maximising the access and use of Autodesk’s cloud collaboration and desktop platforms, which plays an important part in executing our National Innovation Strategy to provide an exceptional project experience for our staff and our clients.

“With a focus on the future, we are taking innovation to the next level. Over the next 3 years, BIM and VDC will become entrenched throughout our day to day operations” says Hansen Yuncken Chairman, David Beslich.

“By scaling up our people, technology, process and data capability, we will establish ourselves as the industry go-to leader for Digital Asset Management.”

The increased adoption of BIM processes, supported by VDC technologies will drive teams to develop the digital asset through all phases of the project, resulting in smarter project delivery and greater value for clients.

“Technology is changing the way assets are designed, built and managed. Building connectivity between high end planning and day to day planning, our teams are equipped to manage the priorities of all projects in real time, building each asset in the most efficient and effective way.” said David.

As ambassadors of construction innovation, we are 100% invested in making the next step in the adoption of technology and are pleased to strengthen the partnership with Autodesk and the industry supply chain.
