Probuild Bolsters Executive Leadership Team

Probuild is pleased to announce it has appointed two new State Managing Directors: Jeff Wellburn in Queensland and Nick Gaudry in New South Wales.
Prior to their promotions both Wellburn and Gaudry held senior executive posts at the company.
Simon Gray, Group Managing Director for Probuild, said making such senior appointments from within highlighted how quickly the company has developed both its people and capabilities.
“Probuild will always employ the very best people in the industry,“ said Mr Gray.
“These internal appointments demonstrate we have the equal of any organisation already amongst us.
“Consistency is very important to our business model. It’s important for our clients to know who they are dealing with. We are building relationships as well as buildings. We partner with our clients to bring their visions to life, and we enjoy that journey with them. It’s this culture that has allowed us to grow so solidly in recent years.
“Both men are extremely good leaders and very well-respected in the industry. I’d like to personally congratulate Nick and Jeff on their achievements.”
In a related move, Arthur Williams returned to his Group Executive Director position after 18 months leading the NSW business.
